Innovise plc acquires Roster Management Ltd

AIM-quoted Innovise plc, which provides workforce management software and managed IT solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Roster Management Ltd

Roster Management is a specialist provider of workforce management software to the facilities management market, a niche in which Innovise Software, a division of Innovise plc, is market leader.

Mike Taylor, Joint-CEO of Innovise, said: “Roster Management adds around 40 new customers to Innovise and has a great track record in innovation. In recent years, however, the business has suffered from a lack of scale in the market, particularly in terms of development resource. We intend to fully support Roster Management’s excellent RoleCALL product, provide the resources to develop and capitalise on some of the company’s other innovative ideas, and cross-sell our new solutions to the enlarged customer base.”

James Laurie, MD of Roster Management, said: “I am delighted to be joining the Innovise team. I am confident we will benefit from the greater infrastructure at Innovise and deliver an even better service to our existing and new customers.”

The Roster Management business will be fully integrated into Innovise Software during the coming six months.
