Manual Audits
Innovise appreciate that making everyone have a PDA just to use our compliance management system software and enter audit results is not the most appropriate tool on every occasion.
Likewise, not every company runs a Helpdesk manned with operators, or have an administration team that can crunch Excel spreadsheets.
To address this we have two approaches, both of which can also be used by PDA operators, helpdesk teams, administration teams and management, in conjunction with their existing tools.
Option 1 is direct entry to the Web site. For this, users simply login to our secure environment and start a session on the Web. From there they can load files, conduct an audit and see the results immediately. Likewise, if failures occur, helpdesk tasks get raised in the background of the system so those that need to know get alerts in a timely fashion.

Routinely we engage with clients who have a need to sporadically and only occasionally engage with a 3rd Party contractor. As such, they won't have issued any kind of device to this individual or business, nor would they want to incur the additional costs of doing so.
Keeping this in mind, our second solution is a printout generated by our Servicetrac compliance management system software for those noted here, especially those who don't have a PDA, Internet access, phone or device of any kind, but who still need to register work within the system.
It is often critical to create this work from within Servicetrac so SLAs can be tracked and measured. Because the user would be unaware of the routine auditing schedules (keeping in mind that they do ad hoc tasks) we schedule the work as a Helpdesk task. From here, we look at the audit failures and print out a 'to do' list for the third party. As they complete the work, it gets signed off, returned back using fax, post or the like, then manually entered back on to Helpdesk and closed. As such, a full audit trail exists and all data is reportable.
Servicetrac compliance management system software is a very capable and flexible solution for those who have wider ranging requirements than just to gather data from PDAs. You use the right tool for the job; PDA, laptop, tablet, phone, guard tour, cleaning tour, paper) and you go and do what's required. At all times, meaningful, relevant contract data is being crunched as it's published to Servicetrac, meaning that at all times you are on top of your operation and services.
