Servicetrac compliance management software comes with a fully integrated Help Desk. Used to manage tasks allocated to internal staff and external contractors, you are able to record information such as order numbers, job costs, categories, job histories etc.  The tasks recorded on the system can also cover various services or categories. For example security checks, auditing of cleaning standards, waste management, pest control, maintenance, health and safety to name but a few.

The Helpdesk with Servicetrac can be populated automatically by poor results found during your auditing. As you mark items in the audit as failed, below standard, Red or amber for example, the Helpdesk module can automatically create a task for you, complete all the details as far as they are known, attach your service level criteria, issue a job in to the field for the right person to attend to remedy the position (eg, a maintenance professional), track the task through, have it signed off and close it down, then tell you how well you did in relation to the agreed key performance indicators.

In Keyholding, the exact same system is used, but this time more emphasis is placed on having documentation delivered to the handset of the guard or professional responding to the alarm or request. Site specific instructions held in your internal documentation can be pulled down to the handset advising the guard on site, of standard operating procedures, contact details, and the like. Whilst onsite, the guard can trigger a proof of attendance using an RFID scan, Barcode read, GPS fix or other type proof for incident logging.  They can also record visual and audio evidence of the scene and document the incident with rich media so as to build a fuller picture for the client.
