Welcome to the Innovise Download zone. Here you will find the relevant Terms and Conditions to support the facilities management software and services you have, including workforce management and compliance software.

	The Innovise License Agreement applies to all software which is not Software as a service (Saas). Customers of Innovise who would expect to be bound by this are TimeGate, PASS, Portertrac, RoleCall2 and any one who has had to install our products on Servers and PCs in the business.
	The Innovise Software as a service (Saas) Agreement applies to our Web based product called servicetrac. It includes our Audit, Patrol, Helpdesk, Time and other modules.
	TimeGate (including PASS and PDC) can be provided on an 'All you can eat' basis. This is only for a minimum licensing agreement of 1000 guards. This Enterprise Licensing agreement provides significant ERP and automation.
	The Innovise Software License agreement for crm4fm applies to our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution which we built for the Facilities Management Industry.
	The Innovise Software Terms & Conditions for crm4fm apply to our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution which we built for the Facilities Management Industry.
	Innovise Software & Solutions provide professional services to our clients. These include Training, Consulting & Implementations amongst others. Where we provide these services we have some terms of business which apply.
	Innovise does provide hardware for use in the field to gather data or provide communication. Where Customers use maintained Time and Attendance devices, these terms apply.
	Conditions of Purchase apply to any official Purchase order Innovise makes save where an express contract, signed by a Director of the business and the Supplier exists. All Orders made by Innovise are made using an official Purchase Order system.
