At the heart of TimeGate is a powerful staff scheduling solution which enables the optimum management of your workforce resources. Additional modules and interfaces are available to create a traditional ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution that spans operations, sales & marketing and finance.
- Stakeholder management
Using the latest internet technologies, TimeGate can be accessed by key business stakeholders through self-service portals. Our self-service portals support a range of e-commerce transactions. Customers can view schedules and order services in real time. Employees can review work patterns, confirm duties and communicate with HR (e.g. holidays, uniform request) electronically.
- Knowledge Management
Sitting atop our enterprise solution is a suite of powerful knowledge management tools to empower key decision makers with actionable information. The standard TimeGate product includes over 200 reports, our Business Analyst platform enables bespoke reports to be deployed within TimeGate and via portals.
