Time and Attendance

The T&A Monitor is capable of integrating all T&A information into a single screen, showing the source of each book-on/off or check call made into TimeGate. It supports a range of T&A devices which can be used simultaneously across the enterprise, ensuring that there is always a workforce management solution to suit your specific needs:

• Mobile Terminal - using mobile supervisor your staff can log-in with a handheld PDA connected in real time using GPRS or working off-line and synchronising on-line at a later time.
  
  
• PC Terminal - using our Our .NET Platform, staff can make T&A "calls" using a simple web browser screen. Data is sent over the internet directly to the TimeGate database and incorporated in real time.
  
  
• Swipe Card or biometric - using a swipe card or biometric device your sites can capture data in real time and send it via a secure link to TimeGate
  
  
• TimeLink - using a simple telephone call to Timelink telephony your staff can automatically log a T&A event and receive messages from your HQ staff
