Our Clockin.com auto call logger service will allow your staff to book on to their shift; make check calls and book off shift. The employee
dials a local rate
number and enters their unique PIN number that has been assigned to them as well as the site ID or SIN (Site Identification Number). This is all done without the
intervention of control room staff.
At a central location, the Call Monitor Screen
monitors and records
all the guards On calls Off calls and Check Calls
that have been scheduled in that for that period. The screen indicates to the operator
when a call is due
or overdue by our unique colour coding system (red/amber/green). This ensures that management are quickly made aware when/if an employee fails to clock in/out. If the
call is overdue an audible beep is heard and the operator can
instantly view site
information and employee data and take the
necessary action. The advantage this brings is the operator can be
proactive and
find a replacement if needed, before the client
has noticed the employee (e.g. Guard, Cleaner) is missing from his site. Any change
the Controller makes to the scheduled duties is recorded for Arbitration
purposes.
Also in this area is a comprehensive Incident Management System and some simple wizards that speed up many control room processes. Your control room will have a real time view of activity in your business and provide continuous monitoring of service delivery. In the event of a shortfall, you will be in a position to escalate the issue rapidly.
