Mobile Supervisor

The mobile supervisor solution has been developed to access TimeGate time and attendance / workforce management system software remotely in real time using a PDA.

 

Using PDA technology (Windows Mobile) over GPRS and the web, mobile supervisor enables access to:

  • Call Monitor
    To view and access calls

  • Incident log
    To view, raise and update incidents

Key areas of functionality and benefit are:

  • Remote Call Monitor
    To enable real time access to service delivery information and book on/off ability to manage multi-man sites locally

  • Remote Incident Log
    Enables real time access to incident log information to manage incidents whilst on the road


For peace of mind, the solution uses secure SSL technology. This enables access to the time and attendance / workforce management system software, whilst enjoying  for the highest security standards (consistent with that used by most online retailers for credit card transactions - i.e. very secure).

Mobile Supervisor also works 'offline' where necessary to reduce bandwidth and manage periods in which GPRS is unavailable.
