TimeLink is a scalable time and attendance software solution in which additional lines can be added as your business and call volumes grow. Innovise's largest clients are able to manage around 10,000 employees with 2-3 controllers using this automated call answering technology.
Each employee is allocated a unique PIN number that is entered when they call into the TimeLink system. The Site ID Number (SIN) is then entered to identify what site they are working, which is then validated against the relevant schedule. If successful, the schedule is updated with actual information, leaving the command and control centre to deal with the exceptions.
The employee can also send coded messages such as supervisor or emergency assistance required. Duress calls are automatically routed to all users within the TimeGate system and must be actioned before users can continue using TimeGate.
TimeLink time and attendance software is available in Analogue (PSTN) and Digital (ISDN 30) versions. Analogue is suited for smaller installations and can make outgoing calls to supervisors and managers. Digital is suited to large installations and can be used to leave voicemail for staff to collect following a T&A call. The digital system is also capable of automated outgoing calls to chase missed calls without manual intervention.

Innovise have a powerful workforce management software tool which interfaces to the UK Telephony infrastructure and validates locations from the Callers telephone line Identity.
Many self hosted systems suffer whenever callers block their number? Under regulation from OFCOM, Innovise are able to see 75% of blocked CLIDs too.
This means that even if you call from your phone your location is clear to all who manage the Time and Attendance data. No more calls from staff at home or on the way in when you are running late.
