Innovise’s Visage visitor / identity management solution provides a quick, efficient and comprehensive method of management and Pass production. Designed to provide a detailed record of all visitors passing through a busy reception, Visage links each visitor or contractor directly to a specified host.   

Innovise recognise that the speed of Visitor Pass production within a large reception is of major importance. Visage assists the operator by reducing the number of keystrokes required to produce a Pass. This is achieved by limiting the amount of repeat information required for each visitor or contractor, including the facility to enter pre-booked visitors in advance. Passes can be produced with or without the visitor’s image and complemented by a range of fields to assist visitor identification

When sharing information with our Identifile Professional card production system, the Visage visitor / identity management system can function across your entire organisation operating as multiple stations within single or multiple locations, such as reception areas and gatehouses.   

• The visitor’s record is only entered on the first visit and an image is captured if required
• All information, including visitors name, company, car registration and date/time of visit, is held against the host details
• On subsequent visits the visitors’ details already exist and can be checked by the reception staff, alterations may be made as required, i.e. different host, car registration
• Visitor details can be entered in advance of a visit or on arrival of the visitor.
• Badges can be batch printed in advance or printed on demand on the arrival of a visitor
• The system operates on a monthly archive, thereby ensuring maximum search performance
• A full reporting facility is provided, giving details of visitor activity.   

Visage Visitor Express

Visitor Express is a highly flexible kiosk based self-booking visitor application that provides a simple and quick method of recording visitor activity. Including a photograph option where required, Visitor Express quickly and effortlessly enables guests to your organisation to produce their own visitor passes. Specifically designed for use with touch screen technology in a floor standing or wall mounted kiosk, Visitor Express utilises clear and simple user prompts, to enable the visitor to enter their details. The system then automatically and quickly produces a visitor Pass, which can incorporate pre-printed evacuation and/or Health & Safety instructions.

The visitor pass can also be configured to include a bar code that enables Visitor Express to link seamlessly into an installed access control system. A Visitor Express kiosk can operate as a standalone unit, be networked or access the web for remote storage. Visitor records can be stored locally on Microsoft SQL Server Express, on the network on Microsoft SQL Server or through a remote web service where multiple locations are supported.

Visitor Express Studio is an administrator’s application for Visitor Express, which can also be used to produce visitor Passes. With Visitor Express Studio the user can book visitors on site, manage visitor’s host details, produce comprehensive reports, and produce an evacuation report.
